I can't explain myself at all...

I really can't explain myself at all...I needn't do and say such things...Now i've got to dig deep and explain myself...Start from scratch...And i think there's something wrong with me...Keep pissing myself and people off...Keep saying bad things and just lose my head and all...Argh...HELP ME man...I need someone to constantly say to me to keep my head...Stay cool...Be patient...
